Mary Ballard, DDS

Mary Ballard, DDS
Dr. Ballard is a native of Charleston, West Virginia. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology at West Virginia University with magna cum laude honors before pursuing her dental degree at Columbia University’s College of Dental Medicine in New York. While in dental school, she earned the Alpha Omega award for the highest academic standing in her class and was inducted into the OKU national dental honor society.
After dental school, she completed her four-year residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Washington Hospital Center in Washington, DC. During that time, she also served in roles at the The Johns Hopkins Hospital, the VA Medical Center, and Children’s National Medical Center.
She is a board certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon through the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. She is also a member of the Wisconsin Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, and the Racine County Dental Society.
She has a special interest in dentoalveolar surgery and sedation, dental implants, pediatric oral surgery, bone grafting and reconstruction, and oral pathology.
Dr. Ballard lives with her husband, Dr. Deno Tiboris, who is also an oral surgeon, and their young children. She enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and following West Virginia and Wisconsin sports.

Kyle Hresko, DDS

Kyle Hresko, DDS
We are excited to announce the addition of Dr. Kyle J Hresko, to the oral surgery team at WisNova Innovative Dental Specialists. Dr. Hresko attended Marquette University for both his bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences and his Doctor of Dental Surgery. He completed his undergraduate education in an accelerated track through an established program known as the pre-dental scholars, where he was distinguished as graduating Summa Cum Laude. After Dental School, he then completed a 1 year non-categorical internship with the department of oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Illinois – Chicago. This was followed by 4-year residency in OMS with the Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Hresko has several professional affiliations, including the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Wisconsin Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, and the Kenosha County Dental Society.
Dr. Hresko enjoys treating a wide range of needs for his patients. This includes more routine procedures such as removal of wisdom teeth and placement of dental implants. He gained a wealth of experience in the art of anesthesia during his residency and enjoys being able to provide smooth, predictable, and – most importantly – safe, sedation to ensure patient comfort. In addition to dentoalveolar procedures, he has extensive exposure to the surgical management of facial trauma and enjoys the opportunity to help his patient’s when they need it most. Dr. Hresko is on staff at Aurora Medical Center and plans to establish privileges at Froedtert South Hospital.
Born in Flint, Michigan, Dr. Hresko has always loved the Midwest. Although not native to Wisconsin, he considers it a second home, having spent 7 years in Milwaukee at Marquette University. During Dr. Hresko’s free time, he enjoys golfing, snorkeling, grilling, home improvement projects, and outdoor sports. What he loves most, though, is spending time with his wife, Jennifer and son Liam.
